What I do

Within the context of a collaborative and trusting relationship, I aim to foster curiosity and understanding about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are associated with distress. I especially enjoy working with both undergraduate and graduate students, helping to navigate the unique challenges that arise during this stage of life. More specifically, some of my areas of interest include anxiety, OCD, values and identity exploration, academic concerns, and perfectionism.

Outside of work, I love to spend my time cooking new recipes, hiking, and cuddling with my rescue dog!
