Hours, Locations & Parking

The DU Health & Counseling Center has two on-campus locations open Monday through Friday for your convenience. Located in the Ritchie Center on the northeast corner of campus, the main HCC location is a roughly 15-minute walk from the Anderson Academic Commons.

Parking

HCC-Ritchie --Our Main Location

The Health & Counseling Center has a few free, reserved parking in front of the Ritchie Center for our patients/clients. The spaces are located in the small parking lot just west of the circular drive facing Buchtel Boulevard. You do not need a specific parking permit to use these free, reserved, short-term spaces. But to avoid tickets, please make sure to sign your vehicle in at the HCC Front Desk.

There are also pay/metered spaces west of the traffic circle, toward the Cable Center.

HCC-Asbury

We have three metered spaces for patients/clients at our HCC-Asbury location. These spaces are located in the alley on the west side of the building.

Community Commons

  • There are pay/metered spaces along Race Street, between Sturm Hall and the Dimond Family Residential Village (DFRV).
  • Just across Evans Avenue, the Evans Parking Garage has many pay/metered spaces in the visitor lot on the ground floor, accessed off High Street. Use the pedestrian street crossing or Driscoll Bridge to cross back to the Commons.
