What I do
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma (developmental, identity, relational, etc.), relationship issues, difficult family dynamics, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and identity exploration. I am passionate about helping clients understand how past relationships and experiences influence current patterns of behavior and work closely with them to identify and call upon their individual strengths and resources as well as introduce new techniques to navigate through difficult times.
Professional Biography
I have experience working in an all women's trauma treatment center, a community mental health center focused on providing resources to lower SES individuals and historically marginalized communities, as well as a binge eating disorder clinic. I approach all clients with curiosity and wanting to understand their various intersecting identities and how they impact their movement through the world.
