Meet the Coaches

Dylan Shamburger
As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of mental health, addiction, body dysmorphia, perfectionism, poor sleep, and unproductive study habits, I understand the toll that imbalance can take on everyday life. My journey toward wellness wasn’t linear, but it was transformative, and it gave me the insight and empathy to support others facing similar struggles. I approach wellness coaching with compassion, real-world perspective, and a commitment to helping others build healthier habits, improve self-awareness, and find sustainable ways to thrive.
