Spiritual Inclusivity Group (SING)

The Spiritual Inclusivity Group (SING) is formally made up of the presidents of the eight religious and spiritual RSOs (Registered Student Orgs) the USG Senator for religious life, and the Director of Spiritual Life (who serves as the convener). SING meets to brainstorm initiatives and share ideas, and it invites all students with interests in spiritual and religious life to participate in meetings.

Each Fall, SING advisors (both internal and external) are invited to join SING students for a start of the year breakfast at which RSO students renew their charters and have a short student orientation, RSO advisors renew their Special Community Status paperwork and have a short advisor orientation, and everyone comes together to share some of their goals for the year.

Each Spring, SING advisors (both internal and external) are invited to join SING students for an end of the year Spiritual Supper Club event open to the wider DU community featuring poster presentations by each group on some main accomplishments of the year as well as food, and fellowship.

In addition to these Fall and Spring sessions, SING and its advisors receive regular communications, including updates, reminders, and requests for input.
