Joining Our Community
New Student & Family Programs: New Student and Family Programs (NSFP) is committed to the successful transition of new students and families into the University of Denver community. NSFP consists of staff members and student leaders who support students and families during the transition to higher education and we support connections through in-person events, social media, online resources, and newsletters.
Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI)
Access & Transitions
Access & Transitions provides support for pathway programs, first-generation, minoritized, and other underrepresented students through mentorship, community activities, leadership development, resource and scholarship support, and academic success workshops.
The Cultural Center is devoted to centering, preserving, and promoting the historical, cultural, intellectual and social movement traditions of students of color, students of marginalized faiths and LGBTQ+ students while providing space for respite and dialogue as they navigate their journey at the University of Denver.
Disability Services Program
Our Disability Services Program (DSP) is dedicated to providing students with disabilities an equal opportunity and ensure accessibility to participate in the University’s programs, courses and activities. DSP provides accommodations at no cost to any student who has a documented disability.
Inclusion & Equity Education
Inclusion & Equity Education provides students with the information, skills, and opportunities to ensure that the diverse individuals learning, living and working on campus are able to meaningfully and productively engage with each other across differences in background and perspective.
Learning Effectiveness Program
DU's Learning Effectiveness Program (LEP) provides individualized support for neurodiverse learners, and has developed some of the most comprehensive and innovative support services provided at the post-secondary level.
