New Requests: Submit an Initial Accommodation Request by April 1st
Renew Current Accommodations: An accommodation specialist will reach out to you to confirm you would like to use your approved housing accommodation for the upcoming academic year. Students do not need to submit new documentation unless they are requesting a new accommodation.
DEADLINE: APRIL 1st, 2025
Because Housing and Residential Education (HRE) has limited facilities, students must submit their housing-related accommodation requests by the April 1, 2025 deadline for the 2025-2026 academic year. SDS will consider housing related accommodation requests submitted after the applicable deadlines; however, HRE may not be able to implement certain accommodations based on capacity constraints/limited inventory.
