What I do
I am passionate about increasing individuals' insight and awareness around their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through integrative therapeutic approaches. I value supporting marginalized populations in exploring their authentic selves and destigmatizing mental health. As a clinician, I work through a collaborative framework to build an authentic relationship with clients for person-centered care. My main areas of interest include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral addictions, identity exploration, and life transitions.
