What I do

I am passionate about increasing individuals' insight and awareness around their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through integrative therapeutic approaches. I value supporting marginalized populations in exploring their authentic selves and destigmatizing mental health. As a clinician, I work through a collaborative framework to build an authentic relationship with clients for person-centered care. My main areas of interest include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral addictions, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Professional Biography

I completed my B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Delaware followed by completing my M.A. from the University of Denver in Sport and Performance Psychology. I am currently working towards my PsyD in Clinical Psychology where I have supported individuals with eating disorders, substance use disorders, and various types of mood disorders. Through collaboration with other professionals, I have supported the needs of my clients through both individual and group therapy.
