What I do
I practice from an integrated orientation, with a predominantly humanistic underpinning, frequently implementing internal family systems and mindfulness into my work. I strive to create a transparent and egalitarian space for my clients to explore their mental health, relationships, and identities that allow for the whole person to receive the care, love and support needed to heal and thrive.

Professional Biography
Previously, I worked at the University of the Pacific Counseling Center in California. During that time I held a variety of clinical and administrative roles, was the coordinator for the group therapy program, taught group therapy to graduate students, and supervised trainees. I have also worked in a private practice that specialized in working with neurodivergent children, teens and young adults.
