What I do

I am a health service psychologist with generalist training focused on college student development. I have spent my career working with college students, and am passionate about supporting students who have experienced trauma. I value helping individuals navigate complex systems, understand their identities, and reclaim a sense of power and self-compassion while on campus. I practice from a cultural relational therapy orientation, and strive to help individuals develop strong, healthy relationships that allow them to experience well-being.

Areas of Interest: trauma, neurodiversity, transitions, relationship concerns, identity development and exploration, anxiety/depression.

Professional Biography

My professional background includes working in College Counseling, Employee Assistance Programs, Private Practice providing individual therapy and assessment, and Neuropsychology Assessment. Previously, I worked at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I provided ADHD assessments, taught the internship outreach seminar, and provided individual clinical supervision. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in several areas of higher education, including academic advising, student leadership, residence life, study abroad, enrollment management, fraternity and sorority life, and career counseling.
