Enhance Your Transfer Experience

We are excited to offer the Transfer Living Community (TLC), where students can connect with one another in a community intentionally set up for transfer students. The Transfer House, home to TLC, is located in the center of campus. With easy access to academic buildings, the Anderson Academic Commons and the Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness, residents of the Transfer House will quickly get acclimated to the DU campus.

Living in Centennial Towers

Here's another housing option for transfer students: Centennial Towers, a pair of high-rises made up of suites. Located on the north end of campus, Towers is close to the Richie Center athletic facilities, as well as Interstate 25 and the light rail station. Plus, Towers is open during the winter break.
