We recognize that transferring to a new institution presents its own unique experiences and are continuously working to improve offerings for transfer students. We want to assure you that we have a well-thought-out process for housing and provide the necessary resources for your seamless transition to living on the DU campus. Whether you're wondering about roommates or move-in day, you'll find the information you need to help you succeed. And please contact us at housing@du.edu with any questions.
We are excited to offer the Transfer Living Community (TLC), where students can connect with one another in a community intentionally set up for transfer students. The Transfer House, home to TLC, is located in the center of campus. With easy access to academic buildings, the Anderson Academic Commons and the Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness, residents of the Transfer House will quickly get acclimated to the DU campus.
Here's another housing option for transfer students: Centennial Towers, a pair of high-rises made up of suites. Located on the north end of campus, Towers is close to the Richie Center athletic facilities, as well as Interstate 25 and the light rail station. Plus, Towers is open during the winter break.
