HRE is excited to welcome you to the DU community and to living on campus! Before you apply for housing, it is essential to understand your housing contract.
Your housing contract is not merely a set of terms and conditions. It outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for both you and HRE. While it can be tempting to skim through agreements quickly, we encourage you to set aside time to read and understand your housing contract. It provides you with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, and it equips you with the tools to approach any questions or concerns that may arise.
At its core, your housing contract will guide you through your time living on campus. It is a valuable resource that, when fully understood, can make your time on campus smooth. Again, we encourage you to take your time to read it fully.
