Welcome to the TLC at the Transfer House

When you join the Transfer Living Community at the Transfer House, you'll connect with your peers from the beginning of your studies here. And your TLC Resident Assistant will share all they know about how to thrive at DU.

The Transfer House is a beautiful brick building in the center of campus. It's just minutes from Anderson Academic Commons, Community Commons, the Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness, and many academic buildings.

    • Residential floors have restricted access for residents only

    • Kitchen, although a meal plan of at least 125 block or higher is still required for all Transfer House residents
