What I do
I largely view my therapeutic work and relationship through a relational-cultural lens. I strive to create a collaborative environment for us to explore and identify individual, cultural, societal, and systemic challenges that affect our functioning, well-being, and how we interact with others and ourselves. Ultimately, with the hope of experiencing more moments of authenticity and connectedness with self and others. My areas of interest broadly include: identity exploration and development, relationship/interpersonal concerns, management of anxiety and depression, high-performance individuals (athletes, musicians, theatre) concerns, disordered eating, and harm reduction approach to substance use.
Professional Biography
After the completion of my doctoral internship at the DU HCC during the 2025-2026 academic year, I will obtain my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Sport Psychology, from the University of North Texas.
