Third & Fourth Year Communities
After your two-year live-on requirement, students may choose to live off campus. But, many rising third and fourth-year students decide to stay on campus for convenience and community. Our third and fourth-year students can choose one of our centrally located apartment buildings.
Ridgeline Apartments
Ridgeline is very close to the Ritchie Center athletic facilities. Interstate 25 and the light rail station are nearby too. You'll live in a one or two-bedroom unit with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

University Lofts is a short walk to the Daniels College of Business and Anderson Academic Commons. You can live alone or with friends. University Lofts has studios, two bedrooms, and four bedrooms, including four-bedroom lofts.

University Place Apartments is also close to Ritchie Center, Interstate 25, and the light rail station. You'll live in a one-bedroom, single occupancy unit, or a two-bedroom unit with single occupancy per bedroom.
