Mesa Apartments is on the north end of campus, close to the Ritchie Center athletic facilities, the Health & Counseling Center, and Ricketson Law Building. Interstate 25 and the light rail station are nearby too. You'll live in a furnished studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom unit with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Bedrooms have an extra-long twin bed and mattress (full beds coming Fall 2026!), closet, dresser, and night stand (students are welcome to bring a study desk and chair!)
Living rooms have a couch and coffee tables
Kitchens have a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, and a table and chairs
Utilities Included: WiFi, water, electricity, waste, and heat
