Passover is a Jewish holiday celebrating freedom and community and it is observed in the US this year from evening of April 1-9 starting during the first week of Spring quarter. Below, find links to some Passover resources @ DU!

Kosher-Style Dining Info- Chef's Corner Takeover + Options at Pizza and Grill stations
3 Options - evening April 1 to evening April 9 - no RSVPs needed!
1) Chef's Corner's weeklong takeover with daily breakfast, lunch, dinner menus:
- Kosher for Passover matzah (regular and GF)
- Recipes avoid grains
- Recipes avoid 'kitniyot' ingredients (corn, legumes, beans, peas, rice, etc.) unless otherwise noted
- Dr. Brown's Kosher for Passover soda cans behind counter (just ask)

2) Pizza Station- behind counter options (just ask!)
- Matzah pizza (they will bake sauce and cheese onto a matzah slice- just ask!)
- Cauliflower crust option (contains rice flour)- just ask

- Lettuce wraps - just ask

Certified Kosher options + Ordering info
Place orders; specify pickup time; pick up at Chef's Corner
PLACE ORDERS ON OUR CERTIFIED KOSHER ORDER FORM (you can place all your orders at once or just order meal by meal)
1) Breakfast Bag:
- When to order? By 7pm the night before
- When / where to pick up? Chef's Corner during breakfast hours
- What's in the bag? Kosher for Passover yogurt, whole fruit, unpeeled egg; matzah and passover jams, spreads at Chef's Corner
2) Lunch:
- When to order? At least 6 hours in advance
- When / where to pick up? Chef's Corner- the order form will give you two pick-up time options
- What's on the menu?
- See order form for various meals from East Side Kosher Deli- frozen; heated and served double wrapped
- Also available: certified kosher cans of tuna, whole fruits, yogurts, matzah and spreads
- Dr Browns soda behind counter- just ask
3) Dinner
- When to order? At least 6 hours in advance
- When / where to pick up? Chef's Corner- the order form will give you two pick-up time options
- What's on the menu?
- See order form for various meals from East Side Kosher Deli- frozen; heated and served double wrapped
- Also available: certified kosher cans of tuna, whole fruits, yogurts, matzah and spreads
