From the time you move-in, the Housing and Residential Education department is here to support you every step of the way. Residential life is about much more than where you sleep, it is all about becoming friends with students from around the world and building a community of students who work, learn, and play together.
To help you make the most out of this time, we have inclusive services outlined below and we welcome you to explore this site and refer to the Guide to Residence Living to learn more about our services and policies.
We provide a variety of housing options for every student's needs and preferences including an all-gender living space.
Two-Year Live-On Requirement
The University of Denver is committed to your success as a student and that's why we believe that living on campus will provide you with an opportunity to enhance your overall experience and create memorable moments during your first two years at DU. If you have an exception that prevents you from this commitment, please follow the appropriate procedures.
If you're considering other housing options that are not long-term, we welcome you for short-term stay during breaks, as well as after studying abroad.
