Together with a Wellness Coach, you’ll explore your values, current satisfaction with your well-being, areas of change, and strategies to achieve change. This session can help you gain clarity, identify what feels most important right now, and begin shaping meaningful wellness goals that feel authentic and achievable.
Who is a Wellness Exploration Appointment For?
This Wellness Exploration appointment is designed for anyone who wants space to reflect on their well-being with the support of a Wellness Coach. During this session, you’ll explore what feels most important to you right now, identify your strengths, and consider areas where you may want support or growth. You don’t need to have a clear goal coming in, this session is meant to help you find clarity and direction at your own pace. This session is ideal for:
- Students who feel unsure about where to start with their wellness journey.
- First-year students adjusting to college life and wanting to build healthy habits.
- Anyone who wants to make a change but isn’t sure what to focus on yet.
