What I do
My view on healing is holistic with an existential lens. I am passionate about the connection between mind and body and how to heal from within and understanding how patterns, relationships, thoughts, behaviors and emotions affect one’s health. I am enthusiastic about integrative approaches such as animal assisted therapies, self-compassion, mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, pranayama and psychedelics. My therapeutic focus is helping individuals increase insight and awareness, and empowering others to live their lives fully.
Professional Biography
I completed my B.A. in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where I worked as an intensive case manager supporting individuals who suffered from severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. Additionally, I have experience working with children and adolescents providing Applied Behavioral Analysis, using a positive behavioral approach. Most recently I was certified as a therapeutic riding instructor providing adaptive horseback riding lessons to children and adults with disabilities.
