What I do
I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, and more. I believe everyone is, at some level, free to live a more meaningful life, and it is my job to walk alongside clients on their unique journeys to discover what that means for them. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective grounded primarily in existential-humanistic principles and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Professional Biography
I am in my fourth year of the Doctor of Psychology program at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I have worked across inpatient treatment centers, community mental health clinics, and private practices. I have experience working with individuals and couples facing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship distress, health-related challenges, and more.
