What I do
My main areas of interest include: anxiety, depression, PTSD, LGBTQIA+ mental health, neurodivergence, identity exploration and development, and life transitions. I have a passion for group therapy and process-oriented therapy. I value the importance of utilizing the therapeutic relationship to co-create a space for exploration and understanding.
Professional Biography
Throughout my doctoral training, I have gained extensive experience working in diverse clinical settings, including university counseling centers, community mental health centers, and group therapy practices. My work has encompassed both individual and group therapy. Additionally, I have conducted psychoeducational assessments for children and adults with ADHD and specific learning disabilities.
