What I do
I am a doctoral psychology intern with generalist training grounded in a relational approach to therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating periods of change, exploring their identities, or seeking more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to provide a collaborative, compassionate, and affirming space where clients feel safe to better understand their experiences, develop insight, and create meaningful change.
Professional Biography
My clinical experience includes forensic psychology, community mental health, private practice, eating disorder treatment, and college counseling. Across these settings, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
