What I do
I am passionate about providing compassionate, affirming, and trauma-informed care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational concerns. My clinical interests include eating disorders, weight stigma, trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and identity development, as well as supporting clients in building greater self-awareness and resilience. I value creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand themselves and work toward meaningful change.
Professional Biography
My career has taken me through education, community theatre, and clinical mental health, and each experience has reinforced my belief in the power of connection and in creating spaces where people feel they belong and can be curious about their own growth and the growth of the world. My clinical work has focused on supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relational concerns, and major life transitions. I am especially proud of the relationships I have built with clients and of the opportunity to support people through vulnerable moments while helping them recognize their own strengths. My favorite part of this work is witnessing those moments when a client begins to feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and in the world.
