What I do

I am a doctoral graduate student trainee with a foundation in relational psychodynamic frameworks and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals navigating trauma recovery, eating disorders, body image distress, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and depression. I also work with couples who are hoping to strengthen their connection or work through difficult moments together. In my work, I strive to create a space where each individual feels understood, supported, and seen. My approach centers strengths while helping one build practical tools for the present and deeper insight for long‑term growth.

Professional Biography

My clinical training includes trauma-informed practices, psychodynamic modalities, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have worked with first-generation college students and in community mental health settings, supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I also have experience with couples' therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychological assessment.
