What I do
I am a doctoral psychology intern with generalist training that is grounded in an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy. My areas of interest include working with adopted individuals as they navigate their sense of self and identity, as well as individuals who are experiencing periods of change, identity development, and/or are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, or relationship challenges. My goal is to provide an empathic, collaborative, and safe space where clients can feel empowered to explore and better understand their experiences as they create meaningful change.
Professional Biography
My clinical experience include community mental health, private practice, dialectical behavioral therapy, and adoption specific care. In these settings I have been able to work with individuals who are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
