Dean of Students Office

When you do not know where to start, start with YOUR Dean of Students (DoS) Office

The Dean of Students Office serves as a central hub to connect students to supportive campus and community resources to successfully navigate their DU experience.

First@DU

FIRST@DU is dedicated to helping Pathways program, first-generation, minoritized, and other underrepresented students succeed. 

Cultural Center

The Cultural Center at the University of Denver provides identity-based student programming, annual cultural signature events, and leadership opportunities and support.

Office of Veteran and Military Resources

The Office of Veterans & Military Resources offers continual support and guidance for student veterans from admission and orientation through your college years.

Student Outreach and Support

Student Outreach and Support (SOS) connects students who need help with appropriate campus resources. 

Learning Effectiveness Program

The Learning Effectiveness Program is a fee-based academic support program that supports learning and neurodiversity by providing students opportunities and resources for personal growth, academic skill building, and connection. 

Student Rights and Responsibilities

The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities (SRR) at the University of Denver supports the University's mission by providing programs and services designed to foster an inclusive campus community and promote opportunities for holistic student living, learning, and growth

Center for Advocacy, Prevention, and Empowerment (CAPE)

The Center for Advocacy, Prevention, & Empowerment (CAPE) promotes healing by providing advocacy and support for survivors of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and sexual harassment. For those who have survived and are surviving gender-based violence, you are not alone!

Collegiate Recovery Program

The DU Collegiate Recovery Program offers alcohol and drug-free social events, support meetings, peer ambassadors, and educational seminars and scholarships. DU CR works to foster a supportive environment within the campus culture that reinforces the decision to pursue sobriety.

The study abroad program can be complicated, which is why we encourage all students to start planning their trip at least a year in advance. If your disability or medical condition adds complexity to traveling or being overseas, we encourage you to start preparing even sooner.
