Business Operations & Division Resources (BODR) is the central Student Affairs budget and resource office. Located in Driscoll Commons and serving all 25 SA units, BODR is guided by the below mission and values.

BODR Leadership
Lori Gordon
Associate Vice Chancellor, Business, Operations and Division Resources
Lori joins the University of Denver after serving at Northwestern University for nearly 15 years and 1.5 years at Duke University. At Northwestern, she started in the Office of Budget and Planning with a portfolio that included Residential Services, Dining, Facilities and Capital Planning. She joined the Kellogg School of Management (KSM) where she was an Associate Director of Facilities and worked on renovations of the Allen Center and closely with the Executive Education team. Early 2016 Lori was promoted to the Executive Director of Business and Finance for the Division of Student Affairs. Lori led a team of Student Affairs colleagues that presented at Northwestern Universities’ Best Practices Forum demonstrating how Tableau could be effectively used for more efficient dashboard development supporting both information sharing and leadership decisions. In 2018 she was awarded Northwestern Student Affairs Stewardship Award.
Lori joined the Duke University Student Affairs team where she served as the Division Chief Financial Officer for Student Affairs as the university emerged from the pandemic. Prior to her career in higher education, Lori worked in various finance, planning, and purchasing roles across PepsiCo, Sara Lee, Brinker International and Thompson Reuters.
Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Geology from Texas A&M University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Tennessee. She is a member of NACUBO and SHRM. Lori enjoys visiting her daughter, Audrey, in Austin and son, Jack, at CU-Boulder; her husband and two dogs in Chicago and jogging, hiking, motorcycling and playing golf (albeit not very well).
Toni Green
Director of Business & Operations for Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness & Recreation
Toni Green serves as the Director of Business & Operations for Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness & Recreation. She joined the University of Denver in 2000, working in various business, operational, and marketing roles within Athletics & Recreation.
Originally from Kansas, Toni moved to Colorado to attend college. She received her undergraduate degree in Sports Management & Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys walks and hikes with her husband and two dogs, traveling to see her two sons, and trips to Florida to participate in runDisney races several times a year.
Jose Reyes
The Director of Budget, Finance, and Operations
The Director of Budget, Finance, and Operations leads strategic fiscal and operational oversight, managing budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, while directing administrative functions like front office, billing, and patient flow, ensuring compliance, financial health, and alignment with university goals for this integrated health service.
Formerly served as Practice Manager for Mile High Eye Institute, overseeing financial performance, revenue cycle optimization, multi-site operations, and strategic growth initiatives. In addition to his experience in management, budgeting, and vendor management, Jose is known for his collaborative leadership and operational excellence. An MBA graduate from Colorado Christian University, he combines patient care, business strategy, and organizational culture in his career.

Erica Mischke
Associate Director of Business Healthcare Operations for the Health & Counseling Center within Student Affairs
Erica Mischke serves as the Associate Director of Business Healthcare Operations for the Health & Counseling Center within Student Affairs. She joined the University of Denver in 2006 after 20 years in retail and restaurant management. She earned her B.A. in Leadership & Organizational Studies from DU in 2015.
Outside of work, Erica is learning to golf with her family, travelling to National Parks across the country and teaching her children how to bake.
Jil Low
Business Officer for Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness & Recreation
Jil Low is the Business Officer for Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness & Recreation. She joined the University of Denver at the end of 2019 and has taken on a variety of roles over the years, including spending over three years as the Aquatics Coordinator before transitioning to the Business Officer in 2023. In addition to her role as the Business Officer, she also coaches for the Hilltoppers Swim Team.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Whitman College and her master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.
When she’s not on campus, you’ll likely find her running, swimming, biking, skiing, or spending time with her dog.
Darin Boutet
Sr. Support Specialist
Darin serves as an Sr. Support Specialist and partners with Business Operations and Division Resources, for Student Affairs. Darin has a background in photojournalism, A/V, and event support and prior to serving in this role, he worked with Digital Media Services. He has been providing technology related support for DU since 2018.
Darin received a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting from Champlain College and Graduate Specialized Degree from the University of Denver in Telecommunications Technologies. Darin has lived in Vermont, Summit County Colorado and is originally from Maine.
Angie McElwreath
Sr. Business Analyst
Angie McElwreath serves as Sr. Business Analyst in the Information Technology Department exclusively supporting Student Affairs. Prior to serving in this role, Angie has spent most of her career supporting student success in Student Finance at lenders, services, and other institutions.
Angie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition, she serves as a member of the IT Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is working on her Six Sigma belts. In addition, Angie is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time traveling to beach locations, kick boxing and time with her husband, kids and three pugs, Kato, Samwiches and Mushu!
