Our Student Cohort Programs support underserved student groups, providing the resources they need to thrive academically and earn their degrees. E-STEM is designed to help close the representation gap in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. 1GenU helps to ensure first-generation college students and their families have the support and resources they need to succeed in college. The Sistah Network unites Black women in DU's graduate programs to provide opportunities and support as they navigate the pervasive challenges they face in higher education.

Equity in STEM
Equity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (E-STEM) is a program offering students from underrepresented backgrounds weekly co-enrollment courses that not only reinforce the academic content of their STEM classes, but also provide networking opportunities intended to foster a supportive community focused on success in the STEM fields.
