What I do
Being a nurse for 20 years I believe strongly in the holistic approach to health. I believe that mental and spiritual health are just as important as physical health. I am also a proponent of the 12 step programs and recovery.
Professional Biography
Before DU I worked in the fields of mental health, pain management and was business owner. I enjoy being able to be of service to those who are not feeling well or are having questions about their health or lifestyle choices. I appreciate the trust given to me by being a listening ear and being a source of information to help guide people to make the best decisions for themselves and their health and overall well being. Outside of work I like to be with friends and family, play pickleball, camp and go off-roading up in the mountains!
